He sees things from an investor’s point of view and is happy to advise his clients accordingly.
Often the size or make up of an investment property means that it does not fit with the mainstream lenders. Mayfair have good links with lenders whom more residential biased advisors are not generally familiar with and commonly the more unusual properties are financed on very reasonable rates with good all round lending products.
Due to current volumes of work Mayfair regretfully only act for existing clients with residential mortgage requirements or where the mortgage loan is greater than £150,000. An application fee applies to all residential applications. Again our experience makes us particularly adept at finding solutions to situations others deem too difficult.
It is a commonly held misconception that you need cash to buy at auction. You don’t. If you are the successful bidder (generally speaking) there is then a period of 28 days allowed to provide completion funds although the deposit of 10% has to be paid on the day. We have regularly aided clients both before and after auction.
